Blocking excessive solar heat
SOLAMENT™ prevents temperature rise by blocking near-infrared light, which is abundant in sunlight and causes heat.
By blocking the 850-1200nm range, SOLAMENT™ applied to glass or vinyl prevents temperature rise.
In temperature difference experiments* with tarps, a cooling effect of approximately 6℃ was observed.
